Since day one, we have invested many resources and time into providing a better car buying experience for our customers.

Our vision was very clear: our platform has to be a car buyer's best friend, making the marketplace accessible and time-efficient.

And we still want that.

But as our product grew, we felt like the name and brand started to set lower expectations to potential users.

But we started to offer more than just a tool for buying a car. Moreover, our market positioning and target audience were not properly aligned.

The name and the market positioning led to the big change.

The idea of rebranding came to life before the pandemic. With it came the need for a new working methodology, a more streamlined and transparent one.

Our vision for motor.market® is to allow our users to buy a used car that has no hidden flaws and that they can really rely on - and to do all this within just a few clicks!

We have developed proprietary technology over the period of two years to build out an end-to-end self-service car buying marketplace. The marketplace and service is unique in many ways, from a technology prospective when financing a used a vehicle unlike a traditional dealership website that will display vehicles with monthly payments using the best available rate, our marketplace starts with a finance checker and then allows the consumer to search for vehicles in their monthly budget based on a pre-approved acceptance.

The motor.market® car buying service focuses on the purchase of certified cars from carefully selected suppliers from across the UK, with the ability to buy a used car quickly, easily and, most importantly, safely. A qualified mechanic will thoroughly inspect the customer’s chosen car usually within 24-hours and the customer will receive a detailed MotorAudit™ report about the technical condition of the car with photo documentation before making the final decision.

The motor.market® handover and delivery team understand the importance of excellent customer service, which is why our uniformed team are highly trained to deliver the best customer experience. Our nationwide delivery drivers will inspect the vehicle upon collection from the supplier to ensure the cosmetic condition of the vehicle is as described and in line with the vehicle appraisal approved by the customer.
